Inspired by New Haven-style pizza (or “apizza”) and cooked in coal-fired ovens, our pies are known for their thin, crisp crust, slightly charred edges, and high-quality ingredients. This classic East Coast style originated in Connecticut but has deep Italian roots, focusing on flavor-packed ingredients like crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a perfectly blistered crust.
